Most of APC books are published as an e-book and a paperback. I offer e-books FREE on occasion.
This is a story about my best friend who came down with Alzheimer's disease at the age of 50 y.o. The author tells how her husband took care of her for nearly 20 years and she died at home. The author points out how her husband dealt with the hardship after she got bedridden and how people criticized and gossiped about him. He said that was harder to deal with than taking care of his wife. There are some lessons to be learned by reading this book.

Enablers are people who have an unhealthy need to take care of an addict and the selfish addict needs someone to care for them; therefore, a co-dependent relationship is formed.
